If a seller resists sharing the COA, treats purity as a marketing line rather than a documented result, or promotes “discreet shipping” as a selling point, treat that as a closed file rather than a source worth pursuing.

Regulatory status varies by compound. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are prescription medicines in Ireland, so obtaining them outside a prescription is illegal. Retatrutide remains a clinical-trial compound with no HPRA or EMA marketing authorisation, so it is not legally available for human use through any commercial channel.
